To live? what would be the one place in the world you would like to live in and why? or if ur already there where is it?

well id be quite happy having a little place near the beach in the north east of England or Scotland.
I love the beach but would not want to be hot all the time.
Somewhere quite secluded so i can have my music on loud every day :-)

U r acting responsibly by asking this question. Most people go on vacation to an exotic place and decide 2 retire there without doing their research. My sister and friend moved to Vegas. The 1st week was great and then THE HEAT!!! She has to fight roaches and scorpions every time she sits on the patio. There is no public trans system where she resides, so she is stuck in the hse until her friend gets home. She found that you MUST go thro an agency in order to get Almost ANY job.. She says that she have moved into HELL 2. She didn't check out certain fees. She has to pay for the emission test and other things they didn't consider b-4 moving.

I love living in London. I lived in the countryside most of my life and through the perpetual hayfever and boredom, not to mention the last bus to civilisation leaving at 7pm I dreamed of the city. I love London because it is a friendly city. No where else can you find Jews and Muslims buying bread from the same shop (Edgware Road) and every kind of restaurant in the world.

I don't know why but I love Shreveport, Louisiana. That is my favorite place. It is big enough that you can find pretty much anything to do yet it has always seemed quiet when I am there. Not like most cities.

I live just on the outskirts of London, and I love it here.
Close enough that its easy to get there, and far enough away for the peace and quiet.

im learning italian at the mo to move there for a while, although barcelona and new york are on my list aswell as tibet and africa........and i know it sounds stupid but ive always wanted to work on a farm, maybe because im from the city?
