I signed the paper with my condition. My ex also signed, but he doesn't agree on his visitation rights. I currently live in Puerto Rico and he lives in Florida. I want to know if this process can be canceled since he want my kids to travel alone in the airplane to Florida and I dont agree. So to avoid this issue I would like to cancel everything. My kids ages are 5, 2 and 1 year.

You don't have to cancel the divorce process itself. Just change the custody agreement and stipulate that your children are not to travel alone, etc.

Call your lawyer and ask to file an amendment to the custody document.

Divorce is not final until you go before the judge. Call your lawyer now and have him/her stop preceedings. You still have to pay for your lawyer's time.
