This is a problem in leverage, Force times distance is key here, the piston is 4 cm from the pivot, the pedal is 20 cm from the pivot. Therefore the force on the piston is multiplied 5 times 5 times 60 is 300.

The sum of the moments (force times distance) in a system should add up to zero so:

60(16+4) = F(4)

F=15*20 = 300N

408 + 140 = 548 mins
now......
divide 548 mins by 60
which = 9.13333333333333333333333333333 hrs
