Er, no. Socks and sandals are a particularly bad fashion offense, with one very narrow exception: the college earthy crunchy look of Birkenstocks combined with some sort of rag wool sock. This usually goes with the olive green or khaki cargo pants, turtleneck or flannel shirt, a wooly nubby sweater of foreign origin, and similar accessories. And that works only in that particular environment.
Otherwise, socks and sandals are pretty much derided. But, it's a free country, there's no logic to human behavior, and if it pleases you, go for it. It's only fashion.

No matter where you go socks and flip-flops just do not work. If the fashion police see you they will arrest you on the spot.... socks and flip-flops are horrible and should never ever go together.

You might as well skip the flip flops and go for tennis shoes...if you are going to a night club it is always better to wear heels of some sort so you can stomp on the foot of the idiot who you'd just wish would leave you alone..and flip flops get stepped on easily...wise not to make a fool of yourself by falling over! :)

You cant wear both flip flops are for hot weather and socks are for cold ya cant do both together

No way! That would be soOoO tacky and ghetto. Geez Unless it's tacky night and the night club! lol. you have to choose,socks with shoes or flipflops not socks with flip flops gross!

nice touch, perhaps you wanna consider accesorizing with an old tesco carrier bag to put money/fags etc.
If your a bloke, which i presume you are, perhaps go for some hot pants, maybe a size or two too small.
maybe the site of your cobblers on show being cheesewired by tight pants will stop the bouncers from giving you a good kicking

What sort of place would let you in dressed like that? What else would you wear to complete the outfit.? Are you going with other people who don't mind being seen with you or do you plan to meet others dressed like that? Have you taken your prescription medication as directed today?

It depends with what else you are wearing. If you have a Chinese silk dress over cropped skinny jeans then yes, why not. It would look different and could start a big follow on. It's cool to be different
