In a fight between Cloud Strife and Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII, who would have honestly won?

Depends on how high the levels were. I would put Auron in from FF-X with his overdrive

This is a hard question. The hero almost always beats the villain. But in a real world Sephiroth would win.

Ok Cloud is cool and all but I vote for Sephiroth, mainly because he is my favorite character in the FF series.

Sephiroth would totally win. It takes all of your people to fight him in the game.

Who WOULD HAVE won?? Are you keeping up to date?? lol
Cloud beats him in the story to the game - ok but with the help of his mates - but only to start with, then he takes over on his own for the final section, if you remember??
Then he beats him again but totally on his own in the latest outing on FF7- Advent Children... on DVD now... have a look if you haven't already, it's a bloomin' visual feast!!
So yeh, Cloud wins every time...in my book, though granted Sephiroth is one of the great villains of all time...
And if you did mean in the real world... then sorry it is just a game...so that's impossible to say. But you always hope for Good to beat Evil...
