A long time member, I recently had the need to contact for advice/assistance for the first time, very dissapointed with responses, not answering the actual enquiry, just typical call centre answers using quick keys. Points 1/10 only because they did answer within 24hrs. Your experiences? is it worth having membership?

It was Great in the Early days(3-5 years ago),but recently as with all successes-it all tends to go wrong!!

I haven't actually tried contacting them but I do like being able to get the few free limited graphics and tones etc. Also you can buy various software especially for your phone so in that way it is good.

I have Been registered with club nokia for over a year and yes you are right ive never had a monthly mailing as we are supposed to have.. nor have i recieved monthly nokia promotions its a scam
