Great question. Not in any order.
1) Lindsay Lohan - doesn't go to work because of late night-partying. not work attitude
2) Kanye West - too full of himself
3) Paris Hilton - really bad actress. and thinks she's got power and money to do anything.
4) Mel Gibson - reputation down because of partying, and drunk driving
5) Naomi Watts - trying to get everybody else laid off so she can be the best?
6) P Diddy - also large ego
7) Kate Moss - drug abuser
8) Pete Doherty - drug abuser
9) Tara Reid - drunk a lot. partygirl. offensive nudity.
10) Mariah Carey - has heard she is bossy

I can tell you that even though he is won of my Idols, Mel Gibson is probably the number one most difficult. Anthony Hopkins would, I think be diffult too. He can play some many different personalities, you can't tell what charact he would play in his next movie. Denzel Washington and Nicolas Cage have the same skills as both Mel and Anthony. Lucille Ball, even though she is no longer around, noone can beat or act her part. Jennifer Lopez she seems to be a little stubborn so she would, I think be difficult to work with also. There is only one other that I can think of that would be difficult and that is Sean Penn. I can't really think of others that would be difficult unless you would call Dr. Phil famous in Hollywood. Personally I think he he just famous for his mouth.

I've heard that James Woods is a bit of an ar*se. Val Kilmers reputation doesn't really bode well either. And Shannen Doherty seems to have rubbed a lot of people up the wrong way.

Wow, good question.
Probably the harsh alcoholics, drug users, because those people tend to be more unreliable and drunk or high on set and that is a disaster.
I don't know about Keifer Sutherland now but back in the day he had anger issues
