Actually Roaches are very Hygenically conscious critters.
Consider a comparison.
Humans are subject to connecting with Millions of types, and particles of "disease", etc. every moment of every day. If we were studied and compared to a roach, I suggest the roach would come away "Clean" so to speak.
Certainly they carry stuff, but their INTENT,,, if that's a possibility, is NOT to SPREAD anything, it's merely to exist, and often they do so, from our cast offs.
I can't argue about how they usually "disgust" our species, but I gotta give them credit. They were here before us, have survived more than our species might be able, and will remain long after our species is a Roach memory.

Well think about it, they crawl throuhg moldy musty water pipes and in the garbage, and are around flies, which are the same thing as a maget, just in a different form. So, I'd say they carry just about any germ possoible. A better question would be what kinds of germs don't roaches carry?

If you are interested in what kind of diseases they may spread, the answer is that they haven't actually been tied to any. Although many people still believe it is a possibility, nothing has been proven.
