Treat women with respect and really listen to them.
Actually, treat everyone with respect. Keep your dignity and always be honest.
External power like weightlifting and muscle cars show the public that the person has no internal power and has to show off. You don't need that. Power comes from inside.

First of all, what do we consider a powerful man? Is he someone who is smart? Someone who people respect and listen to? Someone who only puts in his opinion when he has something important to say, not just to listen to himself talk? Physically imposing? If you are only 5 feet tall, you can still be powerful...but probably not physically imposing. A powerful man has influence in his area of expertise. A powerful man makes decisions based on what is best for everyone, not just himself. Also, power is not given, it is earned. Like respect. Respect can equal power. Good luck in your quest, but don't expect it to happen overnight.

Power...now thats a big word.....you know we all can possess power in different ways, but more importantly to be able to love someone, and let them go, to accept that you are vunerable, to be able to empathise with others, to help those in need, to love someone without guarentee of being loved, to not be afraid to be different, to find understanding, and be spiritually aware, all these things shape a person etc.....all this is having inner strength....the kind of power you are talking about i think is material gain, and money...just know this there's no use having power, and only loved and respected because of it.

first and most importent of al,determine allof you weaknesses. this will enable you to go on from there. only you can determine your definition of power.examine your wants and need for it in depth. you may find you don,t really want it after all. it can be a real burden with many responsibilities atached.once obtained it is not easily disposedof either..walk softly you are aproching a sticky way of life here.l

Power can come in many forms..
Physical.........work out
Mental..........Study hard
Morally...........do what is right even when it goes against the crowd
Spiritually....follow GODs laws
