Hey, i would like to know, how much do you think a normal user in a company can download per day? let's say light browsing, e-mailing, chattin, for about 6 hours, any links any formulas any logical ideas would be great...

The amount of bandwidth consumed by chatting is negligable. Email is also very light -- unless large attachments are being sent and received.

I'd guess 30-40MB of data is transferred per day.

As for a formula, I would say it may go something like this.

(10k/per website X number of websites visited) + (10K/per e-mail X number of e-mails sent/received) + (1K/ per 10sec of open chat connection) = total bandwidth consumption

Average -- maybe 35-45MBs / day.
