if you happen to not coming to meet up with your partner, you would call them right? well why is that some guys scare to do this to their partner? any reasons, and is not link to cheating.. please help

Often times men cannot focus on multiple activities...it's not that they're being rude or selfish, but they lose track of time or are exceptionally involved in a task that overrides the notion of time.
Unless this is a habitual thing, I wouldn't let it get to you. Most guys who have a partner they love will WANT to be there, but simply forget due to the activities that they are involved with.

cheating would be a catastrophic thing to think about !! like the guy above said, sometimes some stuffs just come up and u u don't wanna get screamed at on the same day !! so u just try to work ur way out with a '' really??, thought u said we'd meet the next day'' or '' sorry my battery was low and couldn't call''
nothing to worry about !! ur bf is just not an organized guy!

some times we think that our partner will go mad at us ,so there you better not call ,b'se know body feel good if you promise her/him & you fail too
