to an exact 300 x300 or 240 x 320,i tried streching but it needs integers to work,any idea?

Download the GIMP http://www.gimp.org/ - it's a free Photoshop style program. From this you can easily scale the image to an exact pixel size, as well as do a whole lot more.

p.s. What are you talking about integers for? There is nothing smaller than a whole pixel!

If you have Adobe photoshop that would be easy. Download any adobe photo editor and resize your pic.
