I have aol 9.0 and windows xp. Is there a way that I can give each of my kids there own sign on for aol and then put a time limit on that sign on. Like if one kid signs on and their time limit is one hour, when that hour is up the computer signs them off or something like that?

Try looking under tools or options@ AOL.or you may can do a search in your browser for timer shut downs.

I know NetNanny does that, not sure about free programs though...
