You mean physicists?

They'll start by getting a degree in Physics or some physics discipline, while also doing a year's industrial placement with a science company while studying. Then, they'll either get a proper job with that company or use the Insitute of Physics to find job openings or graduate schemes.
Or they'll go for their PhD and instantly BE physics. I mean physicists.
