I brush every morning, and after lunch and before bed.
I started brushing after lunch when I was in high school and it just stuck with me through the years.
I also floss each time also, and carry floss in my purse so when I go out to eat I can floss after the meal.

20 are more times I had gum problems and now I usually brush after every meal and snacks
I almost lost a couple of teeth to gum problems

hmmmmmm at least 14 times. . .sometimes a bit less, sometimes a bit more. . .but the toothpaste package says to brush only twice a day.
