it depends on which site you are blogging on, but basically it is all the same. You just hit the post new blog icon and write what you feel, then when you are finished there should be one telling you to preview and post. On Yahoo 360 there are ways to add pictures and things like that as well as customize the look, same with Myspace only Myspace uses html coding. Hope this helps you.

I find out that you have 360. Just click on my blog on the upper right corner of the page. When you're there, just click "new blog entry" then you can start writing. View my 360 too. I'm also a newbie.

first you should get an account at any of blog servers like - wordpress.com , Blogspot.com , Bloging.com... (Search on Google.com for more )
Then download Windows Live Writer a freeware utility to write blogs within your desktop it supports most of the blog servers
If you are Xperianced you can add a new server
