Right now, there are nine sellers for every buyer. It's a buyer's market. Sellers should be worried. Buyers are sitting on the fence waiting for the housing bubble to completely deflate and prices to completely adjust downward. Probably 10 to 12 months for this to fully correct.

Every house can sell, if the price is right. The better the location and the nicer the house the faster it will sell

Depends on where you live. In Michigan it's a buyer's market. Lots of homes for sale and not selling.

Prices are falling for Re Sale property as well as new construction, homes are overpriced, but they will sell in time , of course it depends on the area you live in, how long that will take and what price you get.

yes, but if you start out w/ a lower price then it will not take long to sell, if you change it later on to a lower price thats not good either, you have to do it from the beginning and you'll sell quick.

that highly depends on where you are. The market is some areas is plummeting while in other areas it is still very healthy, with lots of demand for homes.
