I should imagine that Aids would be the biggest killer. Next Cancer and then heart-attacks. Only my opinion ok. Don't know for sure. But judging by how many are dying of Aids i reckon that will be the one.:)

free radicals are the biggest killer i would guess, as they are what cause the ageing process. free radicals are produced in the body and are related to type of diet and quantity of food consumed. interestingly enough anti oxidants kill free radicals which can be found in things like tea and red wine (see where I'm going with this) which means that as long as you drink tea with your meals and get slaughtered on a a nice Merlot each day you should live alot longer! in addition it is believed that the human body is designed to last 150 years, as the average age of death worldwide is below 75 we are all being killed by life itself. ironic really!!

Bullets. Not guns though, as a gun without a bullet is pretty useless. Although thinking about it a bullet without a gun isn't much good either. Let me start again, the biggest killer is a gun with bullets and someone who can work it.

i would think that the biggest killer would be death from smoking related diseases
