Both of the previous answers gave you an excellent answer.

Caulking. You can do it yourself. Go to Home Depot , Lowe's or a hardware store. Buy two or three tubes of silicone caulk and a caulk gun.
If you have a problem with one window, chances are they all need caulking or re caulking. It's easy. You can do.

When we built our new house, the builder neglected to caulk any of the windows. After a year or so I was hosing down the windows to clean them and water ran in around all the windows, I did ours all myself. All 22 of them.

It takes time but it isn't hard.

Sloppy builder, all windows should have a Z bar flashing, yours don't- stupid building-contractor- you can try to caulk it, or Remove the siding above that window and install the Z bar- reinstall the siding.

try caulking around the window. you might want to check your gutters, if their stopped up the water will run down the side of the house instead of where it should

porr or no flashing . get calk gun ,silicone caulk lasts longest.
