Use your Hair dryer to warm it up, then carefully scrape it up, don't gouge, or force things, - a plastic scraper is safest.

If it is one layer after another, the sink is already a mess without cleanup.

There is a gel type stripper that you paint on and leave on. It will peal off multiple layers.
Be cautious and check it regularly to make sure you don't go too deep.
