im 17yrs old .....5'7" weighing 50kgs.....i had a good figure...but from past few months i've lost it....I need to shape up my waist....plz tell me how to do it?

you can shape your waist by doing 200 sit ups but britney spears does 1000 sit ups evevry day is up to you to deside.......the reason you have lost it is may be because you stop exercising or something else and eat salad,eat less meat and eat food in moderation and fried food is a big no no and its difficult to maintain trust me i am doing 200-300 every day and my torso looks a bit carmen electra good luck girl......

Same as my GF huh! The only thing you can do about your waist is to strengthen your ABS and you can do that best by Sit ups, Yes just plain old sit ups.
Follow a program and don't waver from it.
first week 5 each day
second and third week, 10 each day
fourth week 15 each day
fifth week 20 each day
from there on, 20 a day should trim that figure.
It doesn't cost anything and you will feel much stronger.
No beginner can do 100 sit ups a day. These things have to be entered slowly, or they could do more harm than good. Some people should think about what they are advising.

There is no such thing as "spot fat reduction." To get your waist back, lose weight and get toned. You can look up on the internet for various toning exercises. If you like the weight your are at now and just want a smaller waist, consider doing corset training.

Side bends, torso twists and hip extensions are great to help tone the muscles around the waist and hip area.
But to burn the fat (if any) exercises like rowing, swimming and walking are best!!

do 50 situps every day for a for a month and 20 pushups for like 2 weeks

Actually, if you start a diet, the first 4 or 5 kilos to lose are going to be from there. And, sure, work out at the same time but do not overdo it. ok? Hope I helped... By the way, thanks for your answer!!

make at least 100 sit ups a day for at least a month

then you can make 30/day

i would be a circle because a square, triangle, and rectangle can be broken a circle can not be broken just like the love i have for my women represent love as a circle.
