AARGH,a republican stole me yh contacts & sold it on ebay.what can i do?

download an IP Tracker from anywhere to find that person (if you do not how who it is) and report them to the authorities. This is a criminal offence.
Make sure you PC is always protected (anti-virus and anti-spyware and a firewall) and do not give out passwords.
