Yes! Supergran was brilliant! Wasn't her nemesis The Scunner Campbell? And the theme song was sung by Billy Connolly!

I swear there was a cameo by Geoff Capes.....though I may have imaged that!

If we were to see it now we'd probably think it was a load of rubbish because I'm sure I noticed even way back then that the acting wasn't all that good.

Watch out cos here comes Super Grannnnnn....... Class! Yes I remember it. It was around in the 80's and you can find info on it on several 80's nostalgia websites and download the theme tune.

Yes my son used to watch it. I took him to meet her in Alders and took his photo with her,she signed a photo for him. She was Scottish and looked very much like my aunt who was also Scottish. Oh the good old days

why yes i watched it with my brother she was Scottish and it was set around the Newcastle and tyne mouth aria my brother loved it I think that Billy Conley sang the theme song i might be wrong not sure now

yes it was produced by tyne tees television and filmed in the north east of england and supergran was scottish great kids entertainment

sunday afternoon telly in the eighties. i think her nemesis was called Mr cambell or something. great programme then but probably crap if you were to watch it again now. they just never seem the same when you grow up
