The initial question has merit, but the secondary comments leave much to be desired. I think, though, that OSHA ought to get involved with 'the oldest profession' for health reasons. I mean, the Gov't is into everything else these days, why leave hookers out of the loop?

If the government leagalized prostitution there would be all kinds of regulations like...
making street whores wear day glo stripes on there a$$es so they don't get bumped off by the drunk drivers.
or regulationing how long a rest a hookers needs to take after every so many johns...

Nope. Its not a tax-paying job, so they're doing it at their own risk. If they paid taxes like the rest of us do when we work, then maybe.
