This means that a part of code is referencing the memory area given by the hexadecimal number "0x073c901" but the area couldnt be read as it is either damaged or is in use by any other programme.
It happens because the program is trying to read the memory location which doesnt belongs to the program.
This may happen as the program has got corrupted.

Laura, Coolwater is correct. I have this when something has not shut down correctly on a previous occasion due to a crash etc.. Are you shutting down correctly or experiencing similar problems? You could try re-installing the program, or checking your hardware. If you are using xp pro try type your problem into the help system.... I did and found this.... just a thought. If you are sure everything is shutting down okay try the following (given as-is with no garantees, but what I have done in the past)
Detecting and repairing disk errorsYou can use the Error-checking tool to check for file system errors and bad sectors on your hard disk.
Open My Computer, and then select the local disk you want to check.
On the File menu, click Properties.
On the Tools tab, under Error-checking, click Check Now.
Under Check disk options, select the Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors check box.
Notes
To open My Computer, double-click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
All files must be closed for this process to run. If the volume is currently in use, a message box will appear prompting you to indicate whether or not you want to reschedule the disk checking for the next time you restart your system. Then, the next time you restart your system, disk checking will run. Your volume will not be available to perform other tasks while this process is running.
If your volume is formatted as NTFS, Windows automatically logs all file transactions, replaces bad clusters, and stores copies of key information for all files on the NTFS volume.
Hope this hellps

No computer geek, here but I think it means that one program is trying to access some code from another program. The other program no longer exists. It could be uninstalled or just not working.

It's caused by either a faulty program or a program not working correctly. It means that it a program has crashed and not shut down properly

The comp is broken. You probly have some sort of virus. You can try looking for online scanners to check but hopefully someone you know is good with computers and will be able to find it.
Might also be bad RAM. Again, hopefully you know a comp person and they can test your RAM for you.

type winsockxpfix.exe in google, download the program and run it. i had the same problem as you and this fixed it. The problem was probably caused by spy ware or a virus.
