Age 98 years and above.
Languages English and french
Nationality, any except, India , China, Russia, Rest of Africa, Srilanka, Bhutan, bangladesh, Burma, Thailand, Middle east, Gulf Arab Countries. etc etc etc.
Marital status, Unmarried, Divorcee, Widower (preffered, cause his wifes dead its his good lucK, Not likely he will commit the same mistake again)
Education level. Kinder Garten or equivalant.
Know the globe without any instrumentations or Google earth.
Work in cold minus 30 climatic conditions,
Should have worked as a loader and unloader at a port on any ship.
Should have knowledge of buggies and sledges.
Should be in gud health and should have his own costumes,
Should know all kids and what they have prayed for.
Should be a good merchandiser and a procurement agent (at least 200 yrs of experience)
should be knowledgable about the toy industry
Should have excellant chinese relations and shall speak fluent Mandarin ( cause most toys are chinese)
Should know all the chimneys and getaways,
Should also have Sindbads flying carpets hidden under belt.
should be wearing soft padded shoes all the time.
These are basic qualifications.

Mrs. Claus. She's been doing 99% of the work all these years anyway, plus she bakes cookies, feeds the reindeer, and keeps the elves clean, happy, and organized. She just never gets the credit.
