Defiantly schizoid...it comes with a lot of the other things you've listed especially the paranoia. It's a twisted disorder and can affect every single aspect of your life on a day to day basis. And although medication can control it, it is not curable as of yet.
There are just too many facades to this one disorder to choose something else!

I think it depends. . .depends on whether you were aware of how differently you viewed the world to everyone else and if you realised and felt the gap between your experience and others. Also how much it bothered you that you couldn't seem to shake this thing which was impacting so many people.
I think for me, awareness of being different, helpless and alone would be the worst. No matter what psychological disorder I was experiencing.

Schizoids because every thing else listed can be "cured", but anything schizoid while relatively controllable with drugs cannot be "cured" at this time.
