Going by what has happened in the past few years you would have to say America.

Dangerous can be meant in many ways ,
First of all Iran ,became a nation with capabilities in all aspects both militarily and ammunition wise, Iran and Iraq had fought one of the record war for eight and half years end of the day Mr.Saddam walked off leaving all including his provocative senses , so Iran has capability to fight it out , it was not dangerous until yesterday, but now it has chosen to be identified as one of many other nations as dangerous.
Korea I presume, you had meant North Korea, it has to be highlighted that North Korean economy is in no way capable of supporting any development of ammunition in any aspects. but with the aid of a neighbour it can turn to be , which is feasible.
Finally US the most powerful nation on earth and can dismantle or organize together , for example US with all their capacity dismantled the USSR and including their poverty.
But same time US had the supporting hand to help W Germany and E Germany to unite breaking the Berlin Wall popular to none after the great wall of china.
However US has used Nuclear attack on Japan , it is to be studied on what circumstances US was forced to use it !!!
you can be the better judge with the characters as above and prove self the most dangerous one country !!!

I have to say the USA is the world's most dangerous country because of the terrorizing and warmongering president Bush. You already knew he wanted to go to war with Iran and North Korea over the nuclear issue. Here's the problem: he's doing it without a clear strategy as in the ongoing mess in Iraq. That's going to be the same problem with the countries already mentioned. I hope it won't come to that.
