Well given that you just had your period, I was going to say you could be in early stages of pregnancy and starting to lactate. But you could still be pregnant and have had your period. Get a preg test, unless you know for sure that you can't be (as in your a virgin), and then if that says negitive. It is most likely just hormones.
"Nipple discharge can occur for a variety of reasons, other than a pregnancy. A woman's breasts have some degree of fluid secretion activity throughout most of the adult life even when not lactating. The majority of nipple discharges are associated with non-malignant changes in the breast such as hormonal imbalances. Milky clear/white discharge, as you have described, is the most common type of discharge and is probably “normal”. This is usually caused by increased mechanical stimulation of the nipple (fondling or irritation from clothing), drugs or hormones that stimulate prolactin secretion (prolactin is the hormone produced by the pituitary gland that starts the growth of the mammary glands and triggers production of milk). Nipple discharge is most concerning when it comes out by itself without squeezing or force, keeps occurring, is only from one nipple and usually one duct, and is bloody, clear and sticky. Please see this linked website for more information."

Go to this website it is very good http://www.wdxcyber.com/mbrdisch.htm
also there is really good info on the mayo clinic web site as well.
Maybe since you fell uncomfortable in going to an MD where you are, keep a diary or log. Make sure you keep a eye on things like Do I have a fever? Have I changed my diet? Am I pregnant? When was my last cycle? Note anything different that you do physically..are you going through something mentally?
When you are closer to an MD that you like and trust then explain everything and have your notes to back you up.
It could very well be nothing or it could be leading to something more serious.
Dont ignore it. Think positive. and Good luck. (I will be praying for you)

i guess that you are not breastfeeding. Nipple discharge could be a sign of an infection of the nipple and breast, or even a symptom of breast cancer. But I doubt its cancer, your very young.
Get to a doctor, they can prescribe the correct medication for you.
