Am unable to acsess my addresses. blank shows up How to get them back?

I just posted a question almost the same as yours but I didn't mention the blank screen. I cleared the history and when I went to look at an address the screen was blank. I checked my hotmail contacts list and it's still there. Could this be a big brother thing
