I am not a republican I lean to Libertairian, but also vote for the candidate, not the party, although it isnt often that I vote republican, I have, I wont this year for any republican candidate, but I am in favor of no gun control for people over 21 not on parole or probabtion.

I don't see anyone trying to suppress free speech. What I see is several people utilizing that right here and now.

I do not see anyone suppressing the right to assemble. I go where I want and meet with who I want and to date no one has told me I can't.

I do not see anyone suppressing religion. I can drive around my town and see churches of almost every stripe and there are not police surrounding it waiting to arrest people entering. No crowds screaming you can't worship this way. I don't see any bulldozers at the ready to raze them to the ground.

Interestingly though I do see many leftists screaming my gun should be taken away.

I think your perception is way off, but that pesky little free speech thing keeps me from saying you can't hold and express any opinion you want even when I don't agree.

Because without arms, bears can't climb or hug trees, as a result they could not gather honey or give bear hugs. They would not be able to survive and the Liberals would have to come to their rescue which of course would mean extinction would be guaranteed. That is why Republicans are so tenacious about the right for bears to have arms!

I think there are some on both sides that believe in right to bear arms. There are also some on both sides that want to take that right away. My opinion is the right to bear arms protects the right to free speak, assembly and worship.
