I noticed a bulge in one of the tyres....he said take it to the tyre man and get it changed over. Will I make it there?

Maybe, Maybe not. It has a separation and could go at any time. Just drive slow and perhaps you'll make it. Good luck.

And her EX kept the Range Rover, Have the Tyre shop inspect the rim for signs of damage. Small buldge is sometimes caused by hitting curbs or debris in the road.

Yes you should, it's only a bubble in the tire, just replace it. Hyundai's where not that bad when they became fuel injected. I don't recall if 94 was injectors or not. If it isn't, it won't last long. Course, it's still a Hyundai it won't last long anyway. Good luck, your ex must be either a moron or hates you!
