We live in a fallen world of sin and we are all wretched sinners who should be damned to hell. Those of us who are chosen by The Father and redeemed by the blood of Christ are saved from our sins. There was only one man who was ever born and died without sin and that is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

In short we are sinners who have been saved.

I don't want to answer offensively,,,to anyone,,, and I know you'll get many answers proclaiming their own opinions.

Believe that anyones "beliefs" are a very personal issue, and much like having your eye poked,,, to poke at anothers beliefs is like causing injury to an eye.

I suspect one path our species should follow is to a higher level of "tolerance" and "acceptance" with the destination sometimes being, ignore,,,and/or,,, avoid.

Religion can't be debated in a strict sense,,,primarily because we all FEEL on a very private, personal level.

What works for one, might not, for another.

Religion is a comfort zone. We are usually born into it, often influenced early on, by others, probably nurture it, hopefully find fulfillment in it, and yet, when it no longer is a comfort to us, we might move on to another "zone."

Because all doctors think they are Gods and all religious people are there to tell them that they are not.
