curfew? at this day and age an 11-13 year old should not be out without their parents with them. even in the so called "good neighborhoods" kidnapping's are possible. i think when they get 15- 16 then make it 9:00.

Nine p.m., no questions. After all, where could anyone of this age be after that hour - and what would they be doing? Unless they are going to a school function, but even then most are over by nine p.m..11-13 year olds are to young to be out any later than that, and sometimes even that is to late.

By dark, especially on school days, and by 9pm on weekends. children need structure and rules to follow. And really what is there for them to be doing any later in the evening. Besides getting into something they should not be. God bless

9pm and that's that. Depending on who you're with it may be 9:30. And only on weekends. 9 on weekdays and 9:30 weekends.

where would they go? they dont have a car... are they riding their bikes? i would say 9 at the lastest, unless they are at a friend's house and there are adults around them.
