you wud have to ask one of ur family member that know how to tie a tie it could be ur uncle or ur cousin. and if you still have a hard time next time buy ur self a clip on tie you won't ever have to worry about tieing a tie hope i help

There are several ways to tie a tie.
Are you trying to tie a regular long style tie, bow tie, etc?
I'd suggest you borrow a tie and practice on yourself to learn. All you need is a mirror and a tie initially.
Ask almost any adult in your family, neighbours etc. who regularly wear a tie to show you how to start.
There are websites out there that will show you how to do it, but sitting down with a real person is *much* easier.
There is no particular one knot for a tie that is "correct", there are loads of different knots and as long as you're happy with it then it's good enough.

There's a great website called tie-a-tie.net which gives you color instructions from different types of knots. This website helped me, so hopefully you get something out of it!
