If there is no way to get rid of the the very large ad on the side is there at least a way to move it?

The window for the messages is much to small and it is not worth having if these anoyances persist!!!@!@. It should at least be at the top to avoid having to scroll left and right!!!1

I know some of the anti-virus programs help block these kind of little un-wanted things, oh which one supports, like Trend Micro AntiVirus.
