It was on the soundtrack of the 2001 movie Bandits, with Cate Blanchett and Bruce Willis. It's on in the car in Urban Legend and also features in a modified form in Old School.

as well as the already mentioned it's also been in the film urban legend, not as part of the soundtrack but the first victim is singing (well warbling) along to it when she's driving away from the petrol station before she gets her head chopped off by the killer in the back seat with an axe
