Put a sign up saynig 'No mice, please', or 'Bed and Board for mice £1,000 per night'. With the extra income you can buy a new car and leave the old one for them to live in.

Another alternative might be to clear out your garage and eliminate anything that might be attacting them there.

Make sure there is no attractive dog and cat food stored out there. If you have to keep animal food put it in steel containers. Next hang two small nylon stocking bags with 10 mothballs each under the hood and one under the back of the car near the fuel tank duct tape it under the rear bumper. Fox urine will also help available at outdoor stores drip around the car parking spot.
Each year I repair rodent dammaged cars some that mice ate radiator hoses others where rats ate into the car from the A/C drain.

Your best bet is to get a cat or a small device that make a high pitch noise that bother their ear but if you have any small animal it will also bother them as well.If it was me some mouse decon posion will also do the trick but you may have to pick up the remains of the little dead guy. well that all I know I hope it help you with your problem.
