Intel(R)Celeron(R)M Processor 1.50 GHz !!! I have a problem which is when i do shut down !!! i cant , i cant shut down or restart !!! i can only hibernate !!! Can anyone help me ???

What do u mean by O.S ??? i mean where can i find it and how ?? I'm only use hibernate... or log off then when im in the log on things , i just press the Shut Down button then it's can shut down or either restart !!!! Not in windows! !!! more info plz guys

probably, your system has been corrupted. You may need to install again your O.S. It may not be the best way, but a good way in many cases.
Hold the button is ONLY in emergency. It may destroy your HDD.
