Douche is what everyone else said, yes, but in Germany the GIs will call their girl friend a douche sometimes. Its slang among GIs in Germany, ever since the end of WWII. If you were in a large unit of men and having lunch or something sooner or later the question would come up:"have you got a douche?" Of course this word comes from the bag used by women. It does not mean German which is spelled Deutsch. Similar but no connection. If you didn't have a girl friend while you were stationed in Germany, guys would bug you once in a while and say:"why don't you get a douche?" meaning why don't you get a girl friend? Spent 31 months in Berlin Brigade, during the cold war. German girls are hot to say the least. Very!

It's spelled douche. A douche is what a woman uses to clean her vagina. Calling someone a douchebag is a very derogatory term.

it's dusche and what it is... is something most women know about and it include the intimate region of the body... so if u really think about it, someone is compairing you to something women to do feel clean (sometimes used as a contraceptive). just disguisting in general.
