There are many many places in this world to go. You don;t need to go the top universty or to countries which are considered at the top of education like U.S or UK. You still can pursue the higher education at your country. I see many students from very poor countries in which provide "not good" educational enviroment, but they are great.

Find your interests and the exams you need then go to college. Or get an apprenticeship. The job centre can help you with this.
