Why not have a selection of different types of music? Some people may find soft rock relaxing, others may like to hear ocean waves or running water and some may find classical relaxing. Try this, head on down to a second-hand CD store, if you have one in your area, and get several CDs from different genres. Then you can ask your clients what type of music they prefer.

If not softrock, just something really relaxing, something that will get them into the mode of relaxation. I don't think softrock would work that well, maybe a little blues or jazz?
