What is the difference between drop-point, clip-point, sheepfoot, and skinner blades?

By that, I mean Drop-point BLADES, Clip-point BLADES, Sheepfoot BLADES, and Skinner BLADES.

It gives a basic outline of the different types of knives, including most of the ones you have mentioned.

As to why you would specifically need each of these types of knives in a survival kit (and I assume that this is an at-home kit, as I would never want to carry all that on a hiking trip...), it would probably be better to get one or two different knives with more general function. Just mho.

sheep foot is a disease of the feet that people get from walking barefooted, skinner blades are disposable blades used for cutting the meat from the bones. i did the research just couldnt find it all. but it actually sounded like a survival knife at first.with names of the different blades. also at first i thought the sheeps foot was a type of knot.

trust me that would not be in my survival kit....hairspray, makeup , lotion , hey i'm a female what would you expect...lol
