Do as many push-ups as often as you like everyday. Just make sure you've got a good Woman underneath you whilst you're doing them.

Sure ! I think you would see your best results if you do them with fuel in the tank though. It wouldn't matter when you do them . If you are doing multiple sets I would recommend resting at least 60 seconds between sets , varying your hand position and only hitting them every other day. The Pecs and the other muscles affected are larger muscles and need a day in between to recoup.

The best times are when you get up it will kick start your metabolism and dont do it after a meal as it just will make you feel sick and you may throw up

not directly after a meal, unless you want to throw up
usually about quarter past, or quarter to the hour is best
seriously, whenever you feel like it, or whenever you have time (except directly after a meal....)

Before you eat is better.. or just eat an energy bar or something before working out.

yes, you can do push-ups anytime of the day. What ever works for you.Although, I wouldn't do it on a full stomach....I'd wait a little while......Take Care............... ;)
