i keep getting text messages from ROMCAP. Giving horoscope information. This is costing me 50p each time. Is there anything I can do?

this sound like romantic capricorn horoscopes from t-mobile. Call 150 and ask them to unsubscribe you.

Hi, usually you text STOP or STOP ALL to the number sending the text messages. If that doesn't work, I'd visit Grumbletext and ask your question there - it's got a forum full of people having similar problems. (Alas, it seems to have been hacked, recently, but once it returns it's a great resource.)

Did you subscribe? Complain to your service provider, and there must be an ombudsman for mobile phones. This isn't the first time we've heard of this scam; even if you text STOP they can pretend you subscribed again next week.
Can you get a new number or SIM card?
