It appears that the UK is the only country in Europe that interprets this bill as stringent as it is written. When will we wake up and see the abuse of it.

by abuse I am talking about the asylum seeker who is claiming she is too tall to live in her native country and suck like and thus will now appeal to stay here for what she has openly said the free NHS for her diabetes the free housing and the handouts. Sh has never paid a penny in why should we give her anything|? OAP's who have paid in all their life get a pittance.

i have a feeling that this sort of stuff is being done to agrivate and infuriate the nation into eventually the people giving away what freedom liberty and human rights we have, youve only gota look at whats happening in the states its slowly becoming a police state this is for alot of various and vast reasons than just this subject, but you have to wonder why there is such a imbalance,is the new world order screwing with us maybe maybe not we'll find out soon enough.

my point is made by the fella below yes there needs to be common sence but you see what he said below change human rights for common sence cant we have both.

I am an America, so I do not know what this Euro human rights bill is. I can tell you that human rights in the US is in serious jeopardy because our leaders in Washington are adopting the Nazi party as their politics. If this keeps up, the Bill of Rights will be burned on the front porch of the Whitehouse.

YES!!!! The government have been hiding their incompetence to do their job properly behind this bill. Remove it and give power back to the people! I lived in Spain until recently and they are covered by the same bill but they use it with common sense and do Not give in to the 'left wing hippies' unless it is absolutely neccessary

There are among mankind (however organized) neither any perfect laws nor any laws that are perfectly applied.

It is therefore inevitable that a scrutinizer given sufficient time could uncover outrageous corruption with respect to the crafting and/or execution of any particular law.

At its best, the law codifies for civil societies the parameters of humane behavior; at its worst, it strips people of human rights and codifies the instruments of persecution, torture and death.

Caring for the indigent, the underemployed, the feeble and ill -- all are among the hallmarks of civil society.

One gives because he or she has; not in proportion to the recipient's contribution, but in response to the recipient's need: such charity is foundational to the definition of humanity.

When you believe you've discovered some fraud, waste or abuse, you do rightly to raise the alarm. You should encourage such investigation as is appropriate to determine whether your concern is well founded or rubbish.

Indeed, in presenting your concern, you may be asked upon what evidence your suspicion relies -- and if you are found wanting, or if your evidence does not lead rationally to the conclusion you purport, you may find yourself being ground among the wheels of justice.

us british will never have rights or freedom. We are told what to do, how to live and especially WHO to accept. Do we actually have a say in any of these matters.
It seems that people that are not from here get more rights than us
