Definitions of Pebcak:

* PEBCAK is technical support shorthand (slang) for "Problem Exists between Chair and Keyboard". Generally this term is used by technical support personnel to describe a problem that was caused by the computer user as opposed to a technical problem with the physical computer equipment.

* Similar to PICNIC, Problem In Chair Not In Computer, PEBKAC is the acronymfor "Problem Exists Between Keyboard and Chair". Used Within tech support (But not mentioned over the phone to the user who called) to refer to troublesome users, identifying them as the source of the problem.
