My Samsung E800 keeps going to a white screen, I have to switch off, remove the battery and then put it all back together again. It then works for 2 minutes before it goes to white screen again. What can I do? Do I need to replace the phone?

Take the phone back to where you bought it, it should still be under guarantee, so they should change it, hassle free.

Hi,

I work for Orange and your mobile has a fault that is common among Samsung E type handsets. You should still be covered under the faults umbrella so send it back to whoever you bought it from and they will fix it or issue a brand new phone.

Normally when a phone has been rushed to market this happens.
