Your first stop shold be the website of the Irish Naturist Association (http://www.irishnaturism.org/). This has information on membership clubs, naturist events and nudist beaches in the republic.
However, to emphasise what the previous answerer stated about single males, here in an extract from the website:-
"In the main, social functions ..... are organised by Club Aquarius and the Southern Naturist Club who welcome applications from families, couples and single ladies."

I should think your best bet is to try a search for S,Ireland,most clubs frown on single men.
