ok, I got caught drinking by the cops. It was pretty bad.
But my court date isn't until november
Halloween is my favorite holiday and my parents are thinking about not letting me do anything. it's so stupid.
This happened Saturday, so it's been like four days-ishh.
Tommorrow there's gonna be like a really good party that I wanna go to, so how can I convince my parents to let me go????

Hun u screwed up just like every teenager sit down with your parents tell them you were stupid and what you did was wrong.They probably are not upset about you drinking they are probably more worried that something could have happened to you whilst you were drinking just sit and chat they may see you are responsible and let you have your hallowein.

Yes, that is pretty bad. It was pretty damn stupid of you. And no, that wasn't a mean comment, that was a real comment that you need to know.
If I were your parents, I wouldn't let you do anything either. It's not stupid at all. You're acting ridiculous and not being mature aobut the situation. How old are you? In case you forgot or didn't know, YOUR PARENTS are responsible for you and your moronic actions until you turn eighteen years old. If your parents did something that you didn't know about and you were responsible for them and it got the police involved, I'm pretty damn sure you'd be pissed off as well. You need to learn how to act more mature before you make another stupid move like that.
And I don't care how stupid or cheesy I sound. I know what I'm talking about. Drinking is NOT SMART. You're lucky that you're alive. Drinking is selfish. How the hell do you think your parents would feel if something happened to you and they got a call claiming you dead?! Why are you even risking such everlasting pain? I don't care if this comment is "mean", because trust me, you deserve a lot more than a mean comment by a young teenage girl. So get your act together, don't be so stupid, and remember who's going to get screwed up if you do that again; YOUR PARENTS. And you'll know what I'm talking about the day your parents get that dreaded call that you died in a car accident because some drunk loser was driving or the day you come home pregnant.
You really don't realize how the smallest drink affects those around you. Realize it. Know it. Don't do it.

well, lying to ur parents will get u into even more trouble. plus, if u do go to the party, make sure u don't drink anything. That will get u in trouble with the cops again, it will be a lot harder to win ur court (u might get stuck with a higher fine or more community service or whatever it is they do) and, it will take for EVER to have ur parents trust u again.

You should feel lucky that you are even able to be on your computer right now!! I am not saying that I didn't drink as a teen but I never got caught be the police!Condider yourself fortunate that you are not locked away in your room until your of legal age. I think that its really shitty of you to even think about hurting your parents again so close to the last incident. Use your head girly. Not trying to be mean but I have a daughter and I was one.

I think that you should be greatful that you are not in jail or more trouble. Not being able to go to this party this weekend is going to be the last of your problems after your court date. You may not be able to go out for along time if you get probation. Enjoy the little bit of freedom you have left.

You should tell your parents the truth about the party. They'd find out someday; your wedding anything okay?
And respect them a bit more, they're only caring for you.
And you DID do something wrong.... and you're going to court for it- that's even worse. I think I'd agree with your parents... sorry.
